Historic Renovation and Expansion of Two Classroom BuildingsThe Pennsylvania State University wanted to make necessary renovations as well as an addition to the Weaver and Patterson Buildings in the historic “Ag Hill” District on the main campus. Renovations included door and window upgrades and reroofing of both buildings and new computer lab/classrooms on the fourth floor of the Patterson Building. A new photography suite addition to the Patterson Building was also designed as part of this project.

  • 16,200-square-foot proposed photography suite addition
  • 4,500-square-foot computer lab/classroom renovation, including custom designed computer desks/workstations
  • Window and door restoration/renovation, including reglazing of existing windows with insulating glass
  • Slate reroofing project on Patterson Building
  • Spanish tile reroofing project on Weaver Building
