Elizabeth Ann Seton Church Project Nears Completion

(Harrisburg, Pa.) Construction is complete on the additions and alterations to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church Project in Mechanicsburg, PA. Ganflec A&E provided full Architectural and Engineering design, bid and construction services for this project.

This $2 million project comprises a new Sacristy addition, a new 7,800 square foot classroom/educational addition and 21,000 square feet of renovations to the existing 775 seat Sanctuary and Multipurpose Room, the installation of new commercial kitchen equipment and renovations to the existing Church rectory office/residence and associated site work. The Church took occupancy for the new educational addition, kitchen and multipurpose room on October 12, 2007. Services were held temporarily in the Multipurpose Room while the Sanctuary was being renovated. Construction was completed prior to Christmas approximately two months ahead of schedule.
