Ganflec Prepares Final Construction Documents for Campus Square Facility for Powers & Associates LLC

(Harrisburg, Pa.) The 75,000 square foot Campus Square Retail/Office and Theater Facility for Powers & Associates LLC in the Midtown Historic District in Harrisburg, PA will begin construction in the first quarter of 2008.  The general contractor is Wohlsen Construction Company. The building will have a geothermal heating system with solar panels on the roof.  The facility is being designed to achieve LEED Certification.  Ganflec is providing complete Architectural, Structural and Geotechnical services.  The construction value is $8.2 million.
