CVS/pharmacy Stores

Five CVS/pharmacy stores located in Pennsylvania and Maryland were designed using prototype drawings modified for site specific conditions. Major changes to the prototype drawings included adding a basement for storage, exterior modifications to satisfy the local design review board, and placing a prototype stand alone store in the end of an existing strip mall. All of the projects were fast track designs with each of them being completed within a five month time frame, which included reviews by CVS.

• 10,000-square-foot stand alone pharmacy store buildings
• Steel structure with metal stud and brick exterior walls
• Drive-thru pharmacy drop off and pick up station, including one remote station
• ntegration of CVS merchandise plans and interior decor design
• Prototype exterior store signage modified as required to meet all local ordinances
