Govesan Manufacturing, Inc., a powder coating manufacturer headquartered in Madrid, Spain, developed their first United States production facility to showcase their product, through the York County Economic Development Corporation. The facility houses office space, production, and distribution areas. The six-month, fast-track design included 7.34 acres of site development within an industrial park setting. Govesan’s own powder coating was used for the finish on all of the building’s aluminum doors and windows.
