 This 200,000-square-foot manufacturing/distribution facility consolidated
Crayola products manufacturing facilities from three locations.
The new facility automates several manufacturing operations. The
fast-track design/build project included 15.3 acres of site development
within a restrictive industrial park setting. By working closely
with the developer, the contractor, Binney and Smith, and the Lehigh
Valley Industrial Park, all approvals and permits were obtained
enabling the project to be on schedule for completion within ten
months from start of design to completion of construction.

- 16,000-square-foot, two-story office area
- 12-door truck dock with concrete hardstand
- 100,000 square feet of high bay warehouse, shipping/receiving
area
- Quality assurance laboratory
- Equipment line and storage mezzanines
- Integral color block walls with glazed block accents
- Landscaping, berming, and screening to conform to the Industrial
Park convenants
